It is time to take another step in making our government fully transparent and accessible to the American people. We must be able to see, rather than just hear after it's done, Supreme Court proceedings and how the justices are ruling and writing opinions. The American people elect a President, we also elect Senators, and the President appoints justices who are confirmed by Senators; we must be able to see the proceedings of the high court. Sens Durbin & Grassley have bi-partisan legislation to permit Cameras in the Courtroom, now it is time to make it happen. These decisions affect Americans for generations; we must be able to see the whole set(s) of arguments thick and through, much more valuable than just a simple breaking news alert at 1000 am on a weekday.
