Allow all those people who no longer want to be a part of the United States to leave and never be able to return.

If citizens of the United States are asking to have their state withdrawn to create its own "NEW" government those people should be forced to pack their bags and the government should never let them return.

The United States government should show them just how much they care. They should give each one of these people free tickets to live in any underdeveloped country of their choice.
