Allow all U.S Citizens to vote on who the most damaging/harmful politicians are to the country and have them removed

People of the country, citizens and civilians. Should have the chance to vote on the who the most damaging/harmful politicians are to the government and to the country once every year. The politicians with the top three votes are then removed from their positions in the government, and new elections will be held for those positions. All positions are included...including the Presidency and the Cabinet. The petition would give more power to the people and allow them to correct mistakes.
