Many US veterans are discharged with the wrong RE codes (which is a code that determines if the veterans is able to return to military service) and often are given RE:3 or RE:4 when they are discharged due to medical reasons despite being honorably discharged...
Veterans with RE3 codes can still re-enlist, but they require a waiver, but few are approved to re-enlist even if they are medically cleared to return to military serviced.
Obama should allowed ALL veterans WITH Honorable Discharge to re-enlist at any time if they are physically fit for service without the requirement of a waiver.
