Veterans have fought for our country and should be able to celebrate the day that was created in their honor. Unfortunately, many establishments continue to remain open on this day, as is their right as non-governmental organizations. Unfortunately this means that many Veterans have to serve, assist, and support non-veterans. This is unfair and defeats the entire purpose of Veterans Day.
