Allow all voters to vote on key issues each quarter.

Our Government is not functioning at a level it should. It has become increasingly difficult for bills to go through congress. For one reason or another, our government has been obstructed with one delaying tactic after another. If we are going to use a delaying tactic, each quarter we should put the proposed issues in question on a list. At the end of each quarter, "we" the people, should be given the right to vote on these issues. We deserve this right because this is America and it is our government. Let's change with the times get the people more involved to end government waste, to end pressure from lobbyist, to encourage competition, To nurture the environment for job growth, to afford decent housing and to empower small businesses.
