All workers in the United States of America should be allowed to contribute to social security and to buy back credit for previous working quarters that they were prohibited from paying into social security. Currently, an inordinate number of employers are exempt for taking social security out of workers' paychecks. Working people must be allowed to participate in the national system if they so choose by electing to do so. They should no longer be prohibited from doing so. The corrupt alternative to social security do not cover disability or dependents of workers.
