We The People of the United States of America petition President Obama and Congress to allow any America Company, Business, Corporation, or Individual to opt out of the implementation of the Healthcare Act, also known as Obama care, in consideration of the First Amendment right to the free exercise of religion, given the law "unduly burdens the practice of religion" without a compelling interest, even though it might be "neutral on its face," and therefore it would be unconstitutional.
Also, we ask that you honor your promise to Americans that 'anyone that likes their healthcare can keep it' by not forcing Christian business and their employees to put The Affordable Care Act into practice without due process, nor be fined for lack of implementation until due process is completed.
