Allow the American Citizens to conduct their personal business and finances in the same manner as the Federal Government

The American Citizen and Family should be allowed and receive, the same benefits and positive conclusions, as those allowed for our Government, Congress and President, as it pertains to our own personal finances, debt and business. This benefit should be of our own personal decision, mandating we be allowed more debt, credit and income, at our discretion, whenever the Citizen or Family can no longer operate on the available income provided by mere employment. In other words, the average American or family should be able to raise it's own debt, credit limit or income, absent of any liability, by popular vote, when needed, without repercussions, just as our government does.
