Allow American Citizens to Opt Out of Social Security

Created by A.P. on December 24, 2012

Allow American citizens who want no part in social programs to opt out of all FICA related taxes.

Americans do not like the thought of being held at gunpoint to pay for someone else's retirement, when they should have saved their own money.

Secondly, the abuse within the Social Security system will bankrupt it. The government has done very little to fix the problems, and even treats the program as a slush fund.

Finally, the federal government does not have the Constitutional authority to provide all citizens with "healthcare" or "retirement" at the American people's expense.

The following criteria must be accepted/met:
1) Prove they have a private retirement fund they are continually investing into
2) All previously paid taxes are non-refundable and forfeit
