Allow American citizens the option to discontinue participation in the Social Security program.

Social Security is a broken program. Our government has proven to be inept at managing even the smallest funds, such as those for the United States Postal Service. Why should we be forced to trust them with our retirement? Congress has repeatedly borrowed money from the Social Security fund under the promise to pay it back, a promise that will never come. Future generations now know the truth, that there is no money waiting for them, and their hard earned dollars are being spent, not to care for the elderly, but to build bombs and fund corporate welfare. We, the people, demand the right to fund our own retirement, and to choose how our money is invested. We, the undersigned. no longer trust the federal government to handle our money, and demand that the government stops taking it.
