As a farmer I feel we should be able to sponser a migrant worker in his quest for a work visa or citizenship. The worker must lead a lawful life, show proof of work, attend English classess and do this for a period of time and be evaluated every 9 months to a year. If the worker can continue to do this for a period of five years the worker can obtain a work visa to be allowed leaglly in the country. The farmer is responsible for providing work, insurance and proper guidence.
