Allow American passports to have accent characters above letters in a first, middle and/or last name.

Diacritic or accent character above a letter in a name can not only change the meaning of the name but the sound of it as well. The United States had one of the most diverse cultures in the world and names l, their meaning or sound should be preserved. The United States should recognize this cultural heritage and allow American Passports to reflect the true spelling, sound and meaning of a name as it reflects on a birth certificate.
