Allow the American People to Opt-Out of Social Security.

Unless significant changes are made to Social Security, it's only a matter of time before it goes bankrupt. Many younger Americans are fully expecting to never see a dime of their Social Security contributions at retirement. Americans should have the option to completely opt-out of Social Security, forfeiting any contributions that they had previously made to the program. American workers are better off contributing to their own retirement accounts, rather than having a dependency on a government program that is merely a false hope.
