Allow the American people a vote to cut congress salary since this would happen at any other job if underperformed.

Would allow a national vote to cut the salaries of congress members since the same would happen to any other American that did not do their job on a satisfactory level. This would hopefully grab the attention of one of the most unproductive Congress in history, (according to the Huffington Post). It would also help to reduce the budget since we would not be paying officials to do nothing.
