Allow the American People to Vote by paper ballot on banning or restricting the second amendment rights>

As an American, by rights I have a say in what happens in America. It is my right to protect Myself, My Family and My duty under the Second Amendment to protect My Country from Enemies BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. These are rights given by the Constitution. Any change to the Rights should be by a vote of the American People! A Paper Ballot that could be recounted, issued by STATE and LOCAL Governments with Valid options including NO CHANGE. In an Effort to AVOID a conflict, this must be a Majority decision involving not just some but a NATIONWIDE VOTE to decide the FUTURE of our COUNTRY! Let each State Implement the Peoples Will and Wishes according to Majority Vote in that state.
