We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Allow the American public to vote on policies regarding deportation and vetting for nationality, religion, and race.

Created by N.F. on November 11, 2016

President-Elect Donald Trump has proposed plans that will deeply affect millions of people, and millions of families. These pledges were made to appeal to select groups of citizens, but do not appeal to the majority of the citizens of the United States. As such, we call upon the leaders of this nation to encourage our democratic process, and to encourage freedom to choose what American Citizens believe to be best for these millions of citizens and families. We would like Congress to set a specific date to open polling locations and allow US Citizens to vote on any policies that suggest deportation or vetting of any immigrants, citizens, or foreign visitors.
