Allow American Samoa Nationals to be legally recognized as U.S. Citizens at birth.

Created by E.M. on May 20, 2015

American Samoa, a U.S. territory since 1900, has 55,500 people living on the island and not a single one of them is considered a citizen and therefore each one has to go through a naturalization process BEFORE giving any American rights.

American Samoa has the HIGHEST MILITARY ENLISTMENT rate out of all the states and territories but NONE of them get veteran's benefits.

This is unfair! They are Americans! Let us change this!
