Allow American women the equal opportunity as men to be on the front line of combat.

Women should be able to be apart of the front line of combat just the way men are capable of doing. Raising the qualification percentage of 30% to at least a percentage of 50% gives difficult and higher standards to allow women the opportunity to join the front line of combat.
