Though there is great division today regarding political issues, there is widespread agreement that Congress is not being effective enough.
In order to solve this problem (and potentially many others), we would like to elect a second "experimental" congress to compete with the current congress to come up with a solution to the question of gun control reform. At the end of a given time period, the current and experimental congresses will present their solutions to the American public. We will then have a nationwide popular vote to decide which solution we prefer, and in turn, which Congress will keep their jobs.
