Allow the Americans In every state a vote on aid for other countries, In effort to secure our economy. To end aid

As Americans know we all face hardship in economy. I ask that all American citizens stand united on ending all aid to other countries until or even after we regain the same stability our country needs and deserves. Why do we send aid to countries when we need our money now. This tactic is what i view as warfare tactics by these other countries to first cripple our economy and then cripple our country completely. Give the American citizens the right to vote on these areas. If we are to fall while these other countries take food and money and could care less if our kids eat. And then hide their money in banks unknown, Americans should have the right to vote on the denial of aid to these countries. America sign this and secure you future family the right to survival instead of the fall.
