Allow Americans' Foreign Spouses to Enter the U.S.A.

We are requesting a change to outdated laws applying to Americans' foreign national spouses' ability to enter the country. Marriages should be judged real until proven fake, as in practice, when left to the individual official's 'intuition', interracial couples are unfairly denied entry. Also, the requirements that a couple should already have a house and a job for the foreigner to enter should be eliminated, as they do not help the couple support themselves but only separate two newly married people from each other, which is cruel and indecent.
