The Obama administration has given the FDA carte blanche to regulate tobacco products without any input from the people or the Congress. They claim that flavored tobaccos are being banned "for the kids". Nonsense. Americans should have the right to decide to use a product even if it is BAD for them. Studies have shown that tobacco users actually consume fewer taxpayer dollars due to generally shorter lifespans. If you are for marijuana deregulation, then you should be signing this petition as well.
