Allow Americans to immediately be Opt-Out of Social Security along with payment of all money paid into the program.

Due to failed oversight of proper government spending, and the current risk of Social Security trust running low. Like minded American's should be given the option to Opt-Out of the program immediately, including a pay out of the money they were made to put into the program.
