Allow Americans to join the Russian military.

I believe that any American should have the right to join the Russian military for any reason they want. It is a known fact that many Americans served in the RAF during World War 1 and 2, and if, as Obama says, Russia is not our geopolitical enemy, Regardless of this however, there are many reasons why an American might want to join the Russian Armed Forces. There are those who have family in Russia, those who have religious connections to the Orthodox Church, and those who believe that they've been wronged by the US government, and those who feel convicted that the US government is no longer the government they wish to be governed by. It is the same reason people come to America in many cases, so to prevent our own from having that right is hypocritical.
