Allow Americans the option to opt out of Social Security payroll deductions and have funds placed into savings accounts.

This petition is a request for the United States Government to allow Americans the option to opt out of payroll deductions and payments to Social Security and allow them to place said funds into a non government and private retirement savings account or similar retirement plan of their choosing to allow easier access in emergencies and serious times of need. In opting out they will have at least 50% of the balance in their current social security account refunded and placed into a private savings trust or retirement plan of the citizens choosing in order to better protect and allow growth of the money in such a way that may permit early retirement and financial security for future Americans.
