I think its time to analog tv and digital to be broadcasted.
Some can't afford a converter box or a New Digital TV.
During bad weather conditions such as Tornados etc.
They can't get alerts from the Emergency Alert System from the National Weather Service.
During Weather related disasters Digital is unreliable.
And for the analog part people can get alerts during hurricanes and tornadoes for example.
So everyone can get alerts and news updates on the dangerous weather conditions.
