Allow and enforce public hangings for criminals that have been convicted of 1st degree murder and/or statutory rape and have been given a death penalty.
This will be viewable to those that wish to witness.
It will also give a visual deterent to potential criminals.
Also it cuts cost of electrical use, lethal injection, and time till death (which cuts cost of food, medical care, clothing, etc)
I know some may find this inhuman but I feel it's reserved for the worst crimes and that it would help prevent reoccurring acts that are also inhuman. It's helps with our spending as a country. It's also follows an old way of thinking 'an eye for an eye'. Also people thinks its uncivilized but when it was used in earlier history crimes were not as sick twisted perverse evil and graphic.
