Catch cheats and scam artists, and improve justice by bringing the free market forces to play. Expand the reward for whistle blowers. Fine those filing a false or misleading report and provide a bounty on ineffective government workflows. Provide government workers and contractors increased rewards for finding and reporting waste in government procedures and policy administration.
To tighten the requirements for those seeking public assistance so that non-housing related assists would need to be spent down prior to receiving aid. To promote and allow a cross check of tax returns and other government data with Aid requests.
To allow the privet sector access to government collected data whenever a government payout is requested.
