Allow and recommend the States to use town square hangings as corporal punishment for felony crimes. Allow a swift process in the death sentence with two or more confirmed witnesses to the crime committed.
Tax payers have put forth too much money to harbor criminals for many years in the prison system. You can not be too fat, too old, or too mentally ill to accept punishment for your crime. The lack luster prison system is a way for a homeless person to commit a crime and have a free home with 3 hot meals and extra activities on the tax payers dime.
Cut the spending, do not fatten the turkey for Christmas, public town square hangings will lower crime in any town.
