Many people in Southern and Eastern Ukraine think that armed coup happened in February 2014 in Ukraine. They do not count new government of Turchinov and Yatsenuk is legitimate.
In spite of agreement former opposition did not disarmed protesters, armed robbery and even kills happen.
Also deputies of former parliament majority parties (Party of regions, Communist) are suffering from threats, pressure and attacks from armed activists. New laws are accepted with infringements.
In this situation pre-term election of Rada, federalization and referendums about other sharp questions can assist to deal with crisis.
