Acting on behalf of those American citizens whom do not wish to see their state file a motion for peaceful secession from the greatest country in the world, the United States of America, we petition our government to allow those willing participants of said motion the free and uninterrupted ability to seek refuge in the country of their choosing. Once arriving at the US Embassy of that country shall be allowed to renounce his/her US citizenship, in effect giving up all rights as a citizen of the United States of America.
