Allow any American who is summoned for jury duty to deny the request if he or she wants!!! We're suppose to live in the land of the free, however if we don't want to be a juror then we automatically have a warrant out for our arrest, or we go along but really don't consider the case at hand. This isn't fair for a lot of Americans and something needs to change!!!
