Any potential ban on any weapons or accessories to include Magazines should go to a popular vote with the general population of Americans. Current Legislators and Law Makers are not representing the US persons which they took oath to serve. The Current Legislators and Law Makers are acting on how they feel about issues. These feelings were not divulged in there entirety to all Americans who vote therefore deceiving the American population.
Any potential law that will affect the rights of Americans should be voted on by Americans and not just legislators and law makers.
