Allow any state, with popular vote, to secede from the Union without violence.

This petition is for allowing the people to decide whether their state will remain in the United States or not by popular vote. Secession is a natural American thing. After all, we seceded from the British Empire to create our nation. Therefore, it should be right that if a state does not wish to remain in the Union, it should be able to secede, as long as the majority of her people wish it. Preventing this would be like the European Union preventing its members from leaving once they join.
