Allow any state to secede from the United States by getting 2/3 vote from state legislature. This will allow states to remove themselves from the national debt and crime rate that is increasing every day. Any state that does so will be granted their own source of government and elect their own executive. It will allow the people to establish their own ground laws and follow their system of beliefs.
