Allow any state that wishes to leave the union to do so, and withdraw all federal assets from those that do.

Allow any state that wishes to withdraw from the Union to do so immediately, following a fair and open vote by the citizens of that state. Immediately withdraw all federal funding, relocate all military bases, and recover all federal assets from any state choosing to leave the union. Ensure that those states which leave the Union repay any major investments made by the federal government within their borders in the last 25 years, including but not limited to, highways, airports seaports, disaster mitigation and recovery, military bases, public works, etc. Refuse to allow these states to reenter the Union in the future. Enact strict border control at all crossings to prevent illegal immigration from these foreign states to the Union. Do not send any foreign aid to these foreign states.
