Where as the United States Government refuses to acknowledge the rights of states to govern themselves and continues to pass laws and regulations against the wishes of the people of the states involved, we ask that each state that is considering secession be allow to decide for itself by referendum to secede or not to secede from the United States of America. (Let the voters decide). Be it the will of the people, let it become law.
