Allow any woman that is 21 years or older to have a sterilization procedure done on herself.

Any woman should be allowed to make the decision if they want to have kids or not. At age 21 some women know that they never want to have kids and want to be sterilized. However, because of state laws, many women do not have access to this procedure until they are well into their 20's and almost 30's or if they already have 3 or more children of their own, not to include any step/adopted children. There are many women that only want one or two children and they are done with child birthing. Child birth is a personal choice and if a woman chooses to never have children, then they should be given that option before they become more sexually active and increase their risk of conceiving, which could lead to an abortion or a child being put into the foster care/adoption system.
