As treason and subversion to the Constitution are both Federal crimes only Federal law enforcement can charge someone with such a crime. The problem with that is the government has a power monopoly on that, that being said we need to give every American the right to place ANYONE who commits Federal crimes under citizen's arrest and allow them to be detained if necessary. It is long past time we the people take back our country from tyrants who attempt to infringe on our constitutional rights. If you agree sign this petition demanding such a law be passed.
