Allow Anyone who has an American Upbringing overseas. To Come to the USA With No boundaries to come to the USA

I was raised by americans living in Morocco.Iam finding it hard to survive in an arab world. and can't get a job because i don't write or speak their native language very well.like a common citizen from morocco can.
because of the difficulties of getting a visa iam waisting my life here. WHY .can't anyone help me with my situation.
by rights i should be an american citizen.i know more about USA than i know of Morocco .the country i live in.
