Allow Arizona to Annex the counties of Imperial,San Diego,San Bernardino,Riverside,and Orange in California because the state of California severely restricts firearm,small business,and other civil liberties while also pushing high taxes onto the citizens of California.
For these reasons Arizona should annex the counties listed above.
