We need to keep our children safe. Even from other children. Just recently in New Jersey a little girl was murdered by a couple 12 year olds for parts from her bike. If this passes this means the schools have the right to obtain information about the student and if any criminal records the student has had. The student will have the right to go to school it just allows the board of education to be warry of their behavior and if wanted the student will get counseling.
