For too long, minor parties in the United States have been kept away from the ballots because they did not have access to be on the ballot during elections.
Many Third Party candidates have been forced to enter in as 'independent' because their party had no ballot access in their state. This is clearly a violation of the Fifteenth Amendment and hence, illegal in the United States.
Therefore I ask that President Obama allows for third parties in all 50 states and all U.S. Territories to have unlimited ballot access in elections.
