Allow banks to give homeowners who are relocating the option to opt out of a mortgage with no harm to credit

This petition will allow banks to give homeowners who are relocating the option to sell their home and not pay a mortgage while it sells or opt out of their mortgage and get nothing just sign everything over to bank and leave their homes with their belongings. Allowing the homeowners 90 days to leave the residence and not getting forclosed. Not hurting the credit of the homeowner.
