Allow Base Benefits for Service Connected Disabled Veterans, regardless of percentage of Disability.

Created by R.F. on December 17, 2012

More veterans than ever have service connected disabilities, In order to access the base exchanges and commissaries and MWR facilities a person must be 100 % disabled. Any veteran that has a service connected disability should be allowed access to the commissary, exchange and MWR, with the understanding that some services, have a priority order of Active service member, Retirees, 100% disabled veterans then veterans with any other service connected rating, Disabled Veterans will suffer with whatever injury they have for the rest of their lives, It is nothing to allow them to use facilities where they will feel more at ease and at home, alongside the brothers and sisters they served with while on active duty.
