A few months ago, we were presented with a new rule that no members are allowed in the radio room without a supervisor, even though that's how we've been running for many years. We realize that this extremely limits our capabilities as a student-run group with an important presence at this school.
To take back what KBCP was made for, we are working on a petition to allow us students to work in the radio room independently again. It's very important for us to let members that we trust use the equipment to produce something for the whole student body to enjoy and appreciate. We hope that you help us get back what we started by signing the petition, too. Papers will start getting passed around as soon as tomorrow, so it would be great to see all of your support.
