Allow Bill Clinton to be elected for a third and fourth term!

This petition is to allow former President Bill Clinton to serve a special third and fourth term as the President of the United States of America. Bill Clinton was arguably one of the greatest modern president the United States of America ever had. When George W Bush took office, he destroyed the US economy and even with President Barack Obama in office, the economy and everything else is still in shambles!! If this petition succeeds, Bill Clinton will be give a special eligibility to serve a third and fourth term as President of the United States.
