Allow boys under the age of 18 to get prostate exams at hospitals without having any previous history of prostate cancer

I feel that boys under the age of 18 should be able to get prostate exams and/or prostate massages at hospitals even without having any history of prostate cancer in their family records. The request of a prostate exam and/or massage would be done either by a male doctor (if that's what they wanted) or a female doctor. This exam and/or massage could be out of pure enjoyment and sexual pleasure or out of worry for their health, and either situation should be allowed.
