Far to long have I seen a business try to price something far lower then a similar business, only to get sued for making it harder for other businesses to gain profit.
STOP THIS. Stop allowing this to go on.
If a restaurant wants to sell a Fresh, large, juicy burger for $4.00 lower then its competition, and the competition doesn't want to actually compete, then too bad.
Same with cars. For example when car dealerships didn't want Tesla to sell directly to the consumer, they had tried to stop it.
This stuff needs to stop, its unfair that a business willing to actually lower their prices so that customers can easily afford it usually get racked on by the companies that are unwilling to do so.
